As if somehow 6 months in a Federal Prison was some kind of generous offer. As if pleading guilty to 13 felonies was some kind of generous offer. The whole thing should have been thrown out at the get-go. Swartz was not a criminal, and thus there was no reason for him to be defending himself from a federal case (which costs $1.5 million even if you are innocent) nor facing the prospect of 13 felony convictions and 6 months in a Federal prison.Fellow Travelerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15300954313295950319noreply@blogger.com
